That's my point. Men have failed to keep them in their place, and have turned against women by letting/forcing them to fend for themselves. One of the major reasons why society is going off the rails.
You get a similar effect when you let your kids do anything they want, rather than disciplining them into learning how to be. There's obviously a lot more nuance to how we came to be in this situation. but it doesn't appear to be easily correctable.
Men aren't keeping them in their place, so the hate and disgust are appropriate. Everything that's going on is because men have failed.
