Pretending their ToS are currently applied evenly and fairly (they aren't), this is pretty easy to get around by having two tiers of moderation, what someone else called different "views" earlier. Posts that get flagged for any of the "Mobile Platform" rules are blurred out with a link saying "This post may violate our Mobile Terms of Service. Click here to view it at Twitter.com." Done. You could go further by splitting posts across different domains.

But we all know this is a bully tactic and nothing may be good enough for them.
