Agreed. I’ve known Christian parents who firmly believe what the Bible says about homosexuality but love their kids unconditionally which is how it should be. I have a 1st cousin who is gay and I love her the same. I don’t talk to her about the Bible unless she wanted to have a theological discussion.
I mean you should still love them. If I had a child who was I’d let them know I still love them despite believing what the Bible says. I think that is what we are supposed to do. We are all sinners. Just don’t celebrate or condone it
