He should wait a few days or a month. Give time for Elon to shake things up inside. That is, assuming he actually does it. But this soon? Likely he will get a ban.

He should wait until Elon is actually in charge. Board approved the sale, but now shareholders need to vote, and then Elon actually needs to take over.
