So why in the fuck would someone who wants a MALE body decide to commit the most BIOLOGICALLY FEMALE THING THAT EXISTS and get pregnant/give birth? I don't understand how anyone would want a child that badly.

It's human nature and part of what makes her a woman, try as she might to reject it. These people live in cognitive dissonance 24/7.
