Charter schools have siphoned away thousands of students, and as the pandemic wears on, more families are opting to homeschool their children rather than submit them to mask and vaccine mandates.

There you have it. You can also infer the cause by just looking at the photo. "Mask and vaccine requirements," indeed. Political activism is apparently now a school requirement. Why send your kids to a State Indoctrination Center?
