Is it intelligent to suggest that there is a direct relationship with defending your rights as a human being and rising crime rates because men can't not destroy everything for shits and giggles?
I marched for nothing and never involved myself with BLM or this whole demonstration. But racists are as impossible to ignore as misogynists bc both rely on being entirely nonsensical and disingenuous. And for what? You could literally just say "I don't give af about this" exactly as I do.
But ya don't. You say things like this, that make no sense instead. We live in a society. I may think you're a POS but be against cops chopping your hands off for writing nonsense on the internet. Me defending you and your hands would have zero relationship to a rising crime rate in a shitty economic environment. You see how that works?
I’m against police brutality of course. Don’t like racists or misogynists either (the actual definition, not the modern day one). Perhaps that was worded poorly but you can both call out police brutality while not making a saint out of people. He didn’t deserve to die but the cheering on or excuse making for all the destruction was maddening. I know someone who lost their business due to rioting. So two things can be true. And all the pro police people looked stupid during covid.
Also I had a cousin that was killed in the inner city. Never found his killer and nobody cares. My beef with blm is that. They only seem to care about specific trendy causes. I’m not a police boot locker but you can’t just demonize all of them.
I used to do cop watching and talked to people of all races who were brutalized. I guess what is frustrating is that instead of shining a light on bad cops only the trendy cases are picked.
But I appreciate that response. I should’ve worded it better. I’ve just seen the neighborhoods of relatives getting destroyed and that doesn’t seem to be an issue. But I never said Floyd deserved to die. Just tired of everything that happened after.
Incidentally you are the second person this week to write for the first time as a response to something I said. The other one was to say I’m an inferior third worlder. Interesting indeed. But like I said, you are right. I should’ve explained myself better

You're welcome.

And it’s irritating to ignore certain issues and just blaming racism for everything. I’ve seen that mentality mess up a lot of m my cousins
