Looking at the whole page, it looks like the answers are all contained in a paragraph at the top. The pedagogical strategy of using two separate skills to give answer hints across the board may have some merit, I don't know, but that would be their explanation.

I just checked. The paragraph gives just some general information but doesn't contain the answers to the questions.
