Yeah, trying to take an officer's taser away (clearly seen 56 sec in the video in the article) is "never using violence". Getting out of the car and up in the cop's face, and then struggling with him is "never had a problem with anybody."
The officer saying (clear as day) "let go of the taser" is a hint, eh?
Seeing the whole bodycam footage would be a lot better than this, why was Lyoya acting dumb at the start? Why did he get out of the car when repeatedly told not to? Oh well, it's still tragic that he died, and tragic for this cop whose life will likely be ruined now.
