I think Robert Heinlein (and this appears to be a theme across books) is VERY utopian in this novel about a society where socially Women have all the power. I'm thinking of the tourist (although that may be past chapter 12) incident.
I gotta say he really made the Warden a cartoonish punching bag villain. He doesn't appear to make any real moved against the protagonists organisation.
