So this retard goes from trying to douce an electrical fire with water to opening the door, letting in more oxygen. I'm surprised he didn't try to stamp it out with his bare feet.

Given that he's in the room with the fire, I don't think oxygen starving the fire is the best idea. Although given the quality of the rest of his crisis management, maybe he doesn't use that much oxygen himself either.
