From the articles in the tweet, the gay one was not related to any law, the school decided they wanted to stay neutral so they would not allow things like pride or BLM stickers in the classroom, one teacher quit and another was fired. The one that got fired called the principle homophobic and looks to have been all in the face of the administration for doing this. So she was not fired for being a lesbian but because she was a disruptive activist. Of course she makes it seem like it endangers LGBTQ+ children because apparently a kid was bullied because the kid was non-binary, what ever that means, honestly making fun of someone who is non-binary seems sanity at this point.
I do not remember if the school is public or private but a private school can do what ever they want and a public school should not have any divisive political messaging since it should represent everyone.
For the Texas one, the woman did the abortion herself, from what I understand is not illegal to get an abortion but it is illegal to perform one. So she would have been fine if a doctor in another state did the procedure but she chose to do it herself. Even that is a bit unclear, from the article was not clear if there are grounds to take this to trial, however she was detained.
For the third, I can't get myself to feel sorry. Children getting manipulated in to being trans is a horrific thing, any pushback against it is good.
