I finally made it through that entire disaster of an article - holy hell that was long and insanely pretentions - and I couldn't help but notice that it doesn't even once mention even the slightest attempt at disciplining little Trevor in any way. It sounds like he may have had an objective problem, maybe a personality disorder, but it also sounds like his parents as well as the schools they sent him to just let him get away with whatever the hell. He's said to have been an insanely violent bully from the start, but he was only removed from his original in 4th grade. He once shot a kid point-blank with a paintball gun right into the mask and the kid "developed blurry vision". I hope it was just temporary, but the author doesn't say. Even if it was, this would likely have severe, possibly life-changing consequences here in backwards eastern Europe. Juvie and stuff.
At the same time, notice the reaction of some of his (at that point former) classmates to his removal: The author claims they were said to see him go, one of them is quoted as "being happy they could get more work done". I can guaran-fucking-tee you this isn't what these kids actually thought, it's just what they told their psychotic shitlib parents because they knew any other reaction would cause a bad reaction on the parents' side, and a hell of a bad one judging from how canned these answers sound.
Trevor and others got molested at a camp for kids of shitlib parents, what a surprise. Actually it is, I'm half surprised Mr. Touchy there didn't get a couple million to start his own preschool. Before his death, Trevor also made a list of goals for the years, and it included dying his hair pink. The author completely fails to remark on that, the list is only shown as an example of how he was looking forward to the future, suggesting this doesn't ring any alarms for him. That's not surprising, because he's the kind of shitlib who writes for the Jew Yorker.
More depictions of the little bundle of joy, Trevor, acting like the worst brat I've ever heard of without a hint of consequences. Family goes to the summer home (eugh), and upon trying to leave he just decides he's not going anywhere and fuck you, whatcha gonna do about it, for hours. The family apparently lets him have his little hours-long tantrum. Nigga, what.
Throughout the whole article there's a line where Trevor's mom is talking about HERSELF and HER GREEF, and of course, how what happened was The System's fault, we need mo' money for dem programs, experts who stand to directly benefit from more funding say so. Fuck off Angela, you sound like a broken person who raised a broken kid.
And then it just devolves into muh racism. The story of Seven sounds sad, if it really happened like the author described then yeah, the kid basically got bullied to death. Again, maybe if his mom didn't wait to have him 35, and didn't have him with a 50 year old, maybe little Seven wouldn't be born with his ass shut. Maybe you could have given him a better name than Seven fucking Bridges, too. However I doubt race played any role in that, I'd say the colostomy bag was a much bigger issue. His mom is, predictably, a massive shithead - predictably because if she wasn't, the New Porker author wouldn't talk to her.
The other two coloreds are just, give me a break. Hannah, acting like a normal person comes very easily to normal people, it's just narcissists like you who consider being expected to not act like a screeching baboon "extremely high expectations" and "having to be perfect all the time". The CPS isn't there to be "culturally sensitive"; it exists to attack political opponents, but even if it actually worked for a good cause and tried to prevent real abuse, it would still have to focus most of its resources on families like yours.
TL;DR discipline your fucking kids and don't be a shitlib or this could happen to you too.

The solution for Trevor would have been to have the bigger kids kick the shit out of him but that's not how schools are.
