the legislation he's talking about openly stated everyone was eligible for taxpayer funded farm grants... EXCEPT for white people. the sole purpose of the legislation was expressly to fuck over white people and give handouts to everyone else based solely on race.

that's blatant discrimination. it didn't even come close to the supreme court. there were multiple federal trial courts where lawsuits were filed, and not a single one even went to appeal because that's how fucking ridiculous it was.
