Assuming the DoJ even does something useful, let it collapse. Let organized crime and drug trafficking and corruption run rampant. Make it a news story. He can have a long line of non-swamprat candidates ready to go and tell the full congress to vote up or down. Whatever happens to the country is on them.
I don't think he is that educated on the workings of government and his constitutional authority, so he's totally dependent on advisors. They failed him. (which is also his failure since he picked them)
