More and more non-chain restaurants have started using Sysco. Since 2020 there's been multiple restaurants that I've never returned to because of it. I don't even understand how it works, do people not realize they are getting served the exact same cafeteria food everywhere?
Seasoning does a LOT. Also, how are people supposed to tell, how would they know, because seasoning alters taste, so the meat’s gonna be a bit different every time.

I would think they'd notice something like the garlic knots at every Italian restaurant being the exact same. Or those lava cakes that are everywhere.
