No this seems like pretty normal New Orleans. Down in Terrebonne, since Katrina brought so many refugees, we could still gauge if the criminal is from that mudpit by the level of brutality involved.

Any other thoughts I have on this matter would be horrifically racist and get me banned, so I will leave it at that.
