Sure, your mom still beats you, you are bullied, your body is still weird, your still underperform in school, but now you expect this one thing to magically solve it all.

That's the problem, I've seen an outright disturbing number of cases where the abuse stopped because mommy is a raging narcissist who needs a "special" kid for approval, and now that the poor kid "transitioned", mommy was willing to actually show affection whereas previously she wouldn't. And the classmates no longer dare to bully the guy because now he's a stunning and brave woman who's on a horrible regimen of deadly chemicals and tucks his girldick into his panties, and it's been drilled into them that they can't do that anymore.
