Frank Fishwick was attacked after he confronted a group of youths who had congregated outside his flat in Fulwood, Preston, on 10 September.

So a group of 25 year old jogger-lites who are being loud as fuck and have zero respect for anyone but themselves. That community must feel super enriched....
