Actually mostly a joke.

The associated/extended Azov movement (with some 20,000 activists) includes even Russia-Russian ultranationalists (of the Pagan-NS variety) like the Russian Insurgent Army formed from the immigrant Wotanjugend members. So they're fine with Russia existing.
