It's missing the point so badly that you'd have to have something severely wrong with your brain. The point of Up is letting go of the past and embracing the new. The point of Toy Story is...actually pretty much the same thing. Lots of that going on in Pixar movies I guess. Regardless, they're universal points that absolutely anyone can appreciate.

In terms of planet earth, try a fiftieth of a percent. If you're generous and include parents of Chinese teenage girls, you might be able to eke it out to one percent in target markets.
