Trump's impact is still in flux. Right now, he's trying to coral his supporters into alt-tech platforms that censor anything too radical. If he fails, his impact might end up being good in the long run, purely by chance. If he succeeds, he will have brought people full circle, back into the generic Republicanism that sucks ass. It will just have a fresh coat of paint.
