I told this story before. A friend of me and my wife moved a few years ago to Germany.
She married a german guy.
She moved mid school year so her daughter started first grade in a school full of immigrants. She was coming home in tears, she changed from a happy and very driven child to a shy introverted little girl. the teachers did nothing.
Next semester she moved to a better school were everyone was white and she was fine after that.
Leftist complain about implicit bias, try being the white kid in a place of brown immigrants, there is no implicit anything, they will treat you like shit.
I think anyone who is different (for whatever reason) knows that when it's just one of you against hordes of people who are different, you are going to stick out and be a target. A single black kid in an "all white school" 🙄 will get just as much shit as a white kid in a school that's predominantly non-white. But only one will get reported in the media or ever really talked about outside of friend groups.
I think we can all learn something from your example. The worst part is that implicit lesson being taught to the children about what kind of behavior is allowed and what is not. Soon those kids will be adults and instead of teachers looking the other way and going hard on anyone who doesn't like it, it will be politicians and the media.
