Also, government promoting the vaccines in advertisements were not subject to laws that force drug manufacturers to list all side-effects if they want to claim desired effects to the product.

And also not subject to laws against misrepresenting the alleged benefits of their drugs.

In Québec, the government's advertisements for the vaccines contained mostly misrepresentations and lies, along with peddling irrational fears ( like claiming children were at risk of SARS-2 complications ).
