I'm surprised RWApodcast hasn't been banned yet for spreading misinformation, here a word meaning "information that does not support the regime."

The (Russian) regime banned Twitter for the Russians, and yet somehow made an exception for them.

Tbh I would not be surprised if he is routed through Ukraine/uses some accepted VPN, so he does not fall under jurisdiction of our local internet censor.
