First, I would never assume this is an actual representation of the facts. The propaganda war is in full swing and every image and report "from the ground" should be viewed with extreme skepticism.

That said, the Azov Battalion in Ukraine is a neo-Nazi outfit with much popular support and a heavy presence in Ukraine's National guard.
