Yes. Absolutely Biden & Hunter were conspiring. And some people theorized about it. There's a conspiracy theory. Despite the implication of the rhetoric of calling it a conspiracy theory, conspiracies happen, and can be real. Some conspiracy theories are correct.

It's all so tiresome.
