Yeah I've seen a lot of "does this mean Putin and Trump were working together against the cabal / deep state" stuff.

No, Putin and Trump weren't working together. At all. On anything. Obama was working with Putin when he had "more flexibility after the election". Bush, Obama and Biden have each let Putin annex or invade a country.

Putin was terrified of Trump.
