actually, the tweeter is misrepresenting it. its only to report kids who had sex change or hormones proscribed, not 'all' trans. all would be a problem because if the school was hiding the kids transness from them, they would still have investigations because of it.
that would be punitive against the parents in a bad way- but it is only for sex chnge and hormones...

As a parent I am responsible for everything that happens in my childrens lives until they become adults themselves... if your so uninvolved in you childs life that you DONT know something is changing or someone is influencing them then you DONT deserve to be a parent
