Jaffe wasn't involved much with God of War 3 at all. Stig Asmussen was the one who directed it. Jaffe served as Creative Director for God of War 2, though admittedly, it was Barlog who was the Game Director for that one, so credit should honestly be shared between them for that one at the very least.
