The FtM troons are mostly a result of social contagion rather than a degenerate fetish, so the sexual deviancy generally isn't there in that case. There actually is a female counterpart to autogynephilia that fetishizes gay men, but it plays a much smaller role in getting women to troon out than autogynephilia does in men.
