This lawsuit (https://cdn.locals.com/documents/47656/47656_e41yu6vd2x117dq.pdf) was just unsealed today alleging Pfizer & BioNTech had fraudulent vaccine trial data. I have only taken a glance at it, but there seems to be a lot of important details buried within. For what it is worth, the plaintiff is demanding a jury trial as noted at the end of the document.

Correct they fraudulently and illegally altered their own studies findings.
The question is who will do anything about it? The courts are compromised.
Well when they did that what they destroyed was any attempt to follow up the study to see long term consequences.
They deliberately and purposefully broke every rule in the book to destroy the long term validity of their OWN STUDY.
The shocking part is how journalists just accepted it and covered for them.
The journalists are likely paid by Pfizer or connected parties.
I won't assume anything good will happen, but the evidence will likely be presented in court.
For what it is worth (and I know this is a different era), Pfizer has lost lawsuits in the past.
Seems to me this might violate their immunity clause.
