I think it's just to protect their privacy. Star autopsies have their own fucking show on tv, maybe more. CNN would milk this shit for a week. TMZ is already salivating.

Melissa Rivers, whose own mother was murdered by a doctor, refused to press charges and had her mother quickly cremated because of this shit.
