I work for a major company and learned that diversity/equity/inclusion is going to be a part of the review process but they didn’t say how yet. This is ridiculous

Have you given any thought to future actions if one of your co-workers is passed over for promotion or advancement due to this DIE initiative?
If that promotion or advancement is given to you or another black co-worker how would you deal with potential resentment?
Well i give a lot of effort and people see that. So I would hope my work would speak for itself. As for people getting passed over I haven’t seen that in my area but there is a group of us who push back against this stuff so we would need friends in high places.
I’ve been binge listening to James Lindsey’s New Discourses podcast on YouTube and one of the things he points out is that DIE and racial equity is meant to increase the supply of racism since demand outstrips supply in modern America.

Thank you. I see that as the real race problem in America. Extreme demand but low supply. No matter how much you point out to people that it isn’t as racist as they see they ignore you. Plus you have racism against whites that is approved
