You're pointing to the effect and calling it the cause. No race or ethnicity spontaneously develops out-group bias.

Yes but no out-group bias could exist without the participation of the race in question. Blaming outsiders doesn't make sense to me. If the race is strong and has faith, it would never consider adopting this attitude.

To me, the white race is currently very pathetically weak and needs to admit the problem is internal in order to fix it. Blaming outsiders like you're a victim will perpetuate the problem.
