I think he has know Wikipedia is garbage for a while, but knowing it is garbage is a bit different from discovering the sheer scope of how bad it is.

Knowing something and proving it are two different things. We only knew the gamergate article is garbage because we were part of it.

How garbage might the articles of stuff we don't know about be? Gotta go through the process of showing what the problems are.
