An interesting history lesson.

But he kept dancing around the crux of it. Whether it was Russia doing it, or just someone interested in destabilizing Estonia, it kept going back to what the news was saying. Russia is big and scary, but ultimately, it's propagandists that control it.

Russia? China? I don't care who is commanding media in the west, other than they need to face justice.
