We need black or Hispanic men to turn against them.

It has to be both or it won't work. We would need blacks for the optics and hispanics for the numbers. Without blacks we would have numbers but hispanics tend to swing moderate. Without hispanics, sure we would have a group willing to riot, but are there really enough of them willing to do it without the system backing them up like it did with blm?

Honestly I don't see it happening, and if it does it won't be anytime soon.
