Well under the civil rights act they are the same. Discrimination based off of race is illegal, doesn’t matter if it is positive or negative under the law. The weaseling around to “right wrongs” doesn’t stop the fact that people who never racially discriminated against others are now being racially discriminated against. This is the concept behind anti racism as well, where we must keep discrimination because it is the only way to correct the errors of dead people who discriminated!

The Asians taking all the spots wouldn't be as much a thing if it weren't for cheating.
There's so much pressure on them that they more often turn to cheating and teaming up on individual work.
Not sure how that can be fixed other than relying more on supervised tests like SAT or subjective things like 'roundedness'.
