THIS. Revolving sushi bars outside of Japan are utter garbage, this guy ISN'T going out to fancy Michelin star resturant (probably never been to one) and just orders greasy ass pizza and Americanized Chinese via Uber Eats daily.
I'm the weirdo who decided that because there is no japanese restaurant in my backwoods village, I can just make my own gyoza from scratch, skin included.
It can be done, super cheap and tasty. Takes time and effort, though. Which is a nono for them.
