It's like some people are Internet trolls but in real life.
I refuse to believe that someone would non-ironically write that requiring a doctor's verification to let someone call themselves "Two-spirit" on an official ID is an unfair barrier. No, it's not possible. There was a little voice in his head laughing as he typed that. Or he could be insane. The symptoms check out.
