You may have stumbled onto a clue showing how opinion polls are manipulated and fake. I wonder how representative the people they asked are of others in their category, and if they aren't representative - was that intentional. Did they ask mostly vaccinated or unvaccinated people? How do the numbers differ between those groups? Also they're talking about "voters" here, so it may be that the majority of Black people who didn't get the shot also don't vote.
