I'll be honest, I don't count this as a win. This is just more slow creep from my political enemies.
Everyone's gonna go "oh good, the OSHA mandate got knocked down, thank goodness" and ignore the part where the entire medical industry has been stripped of bodily autonomy by the federal government and what a fucking ghoulish nightmare that is.
If we got fucked on that too, we would be in a much worse situation.
I agree that Roberts and Kavanaugh should have never sided with the three insane leftists on the court to deprive our healthcare workers of bodily autonomy.
Our healthcare workers should not be forced to take the clotshot or lose their livelihood.
We must always stand against every single vaccine mandate. If they can go after any small group, it will never end.
The problem is that hospitals operate with a de facto monopoly in 35 states. In order to get permission to build a new hospital, you need to apply for a "Certificate of Need," certifying that there is a need for a new hospital in the community.
With rules like this, it's no wonder that American healthcare is so expensive. The free market is simply not allowed to operate in healthcare.

The OSHA ruling is still a small win for us.
