While everyone is reacting to Québec's proposed tax on existing without a vaccine that dosen't stop transmission...

People no-longer criticize all the other nonsensical, pseudoscientific mesures that have failed to materialize a statistically-significant benefit when compared to states that did not implement them, or removed all mesures since Spring.

Mass hysteria + skilfull manipulation from the government.
