I should've stopped reading at "assault-style rifle", like I needed to be reminded that the term "assault weapon" was coined to make normies confuse it with assault rifle and scare them. If He was really smart He never would've taken the plea deal, especially now that Kyle was properly vindicated.

Schroeder should throw it out and charge Binger with contempt for malicious prosecution.
