This is obviously a metaphor for what they would like to see happen to America as a nation. They're not even subtle about it.

They are deliberately trying to antagonize us into another GG-like backlash because they think it'll make them money. Don't give it to them. Even ESG investors eventually expect a return. All you have to do to put an end to this is keep ignoring it, and make sure they don't get one.
