All I want is for the COVID hysteria to be finally brought to an end in 2022.
I might still be a tiny bit naive but I do think that a majority of people will finally say enough is enough in the next year.
The hysteria will only end when a loud majority refuses to comply with all the mandates and dictates.
I don't expect the "educated" clowns who make up the majority of people living on the blue shitholes that are the West coast and East coast to stop being hysterical but I think people in every state not on the coasts will.
I was going to echo the OP for the most part, but I like this better. I'm not even a fake vaccine "doomer" in that I think it's going to wipe out the population. I just think the risk vs. reward is not there in almost every scenario.
I found out just this week that after Christmas a bunch of my family doubled down and went for the booster and that several of the kids had gotten it too. A few of the older and unhealthy ones had gotten to the point of hospitalization from it last year, and it just messed with their heads. They don't think straight anymore. I can understand the logic with the older ones at the very least, but I don't get it with the younger and healthy or the kids. I've developed a soft spot for a few of my young cousins along with my nephew and it would be a hell of a cruel fate to have to sit back and watch their lives ruined over something they had no choice in and no need for.
