American healthcare was just as bad, doctors were taking prophylactics and refused treatment of Covid patients until it was too late. This mRNA shot or nothing approach was blatant malpractice by any standards before Covid.

America had people with $vested$interest$ in vaccines deciding who got prophylactics - so they refused to treat anybody with covid to make it look worse.
