Theocracy doesn't work because the institutions themselves are hives of progressive authoritarinism and corruption. This is the kind of bullshit that caused the Reformation in the first place. Best of all, it flies in the face of your own design. Theocracy has no obligation to any nation. Just to God. And it just so happens that the guy at the top of the Theocracy knows what God thinks, and God said your fat, so your whole family gets to die for defying God. Everyone is the children of God, so every nation is obligated to obey the guy who talks with God, and so you get yet another internationalist institution that is unaccountable to everyone and has unlimited authority. Which, inevitably generates Leftism.
Your plan is the old, "The Catholics will save us!" routine and they are the ones who invented the very concept of Social Justice itself.
Additionally, you also clearly don't live in the US, because we exist because the crown was shown to be utterly illegitimate along with the British parliament.
Parliament had unlimited power to do whatever it wanted, Americans were declared not to be English because they weren't in England and thus had no English rights, Parliament was just asserted to represent the interests of Americans because Parliament existed ("Virtual Representation"), and when the King was asked for a reprieve against the abuses of the parliament, his answer was that he would hunt down and kill everyone.
Under an autocratic system, revolutions are mandatory. Once you have that much unaccountable power, the only way to make the King listen is to start killing his army, his dukes, his nobles, his kids, and inevitably him. As Cromwell showed, you can't replace him either.
Not to mention, those autocratic and dynastic systems end up inevitably tied to their own internationalist autocracy of ruling elite. The idea of monarchies tied to nations is fucking absurd, and would have been absurd to everyone living under monarchies. The English monarchs have been Scottish, English, French and German at varying times. The Hapsburgs, the most powerful of all European monarchies, were their own globalist international aristocracy as they were never tied to any of the nations that they governed, and were famous for having had to speak multiple languages just to govern their own kingdoms.
If monarchies and theocracies were stable, the muslim world should be a bastion of peace and tranquility, but it hasn't been that way since Islam started because theocracies and monarchies do not create stability, they institutionalize fragility as perpetual petty wars break out, until a larger winning side bowls over everyone, muders huge swathes of people to gain power, and then the petty wars start up again. Ask the Umayyad Caliphate how their theocracy is doing. Oh wait, they were destroyed, and so were their successors.
Only a Republican system can generate long-term stability and liberty.
Completely back-asswards and wrong.
