The global elite really dont give a shit about that. Its a domination thing.

I mean, look at the Georgia Guidestones, with their announcing that they want the human population capped at 500 million etc.

They revel in their level of control that they could get away with such things, and it reinforces the idea in them that the vast majority really are just stupid sheep - destined to be controlled and used.
